We have just received this notification letter from FXLQ.
I immediately discussed it with our clients and we decided to send a withdrawal request.
The completed forms have been sent several hours ago, and we’ll see hows it gonna be.
Wish us luck!

RE: Account # 1XXXX

To our Valued Clients:

The National Futures Association has today issued a Member Responsibility Action against FXLQ. You can find the notice on the NFA’s website:

Effective immediately, FXLQ is not allowed to take on any new customer positions. Therefore, all of our systems have been set to allow only rollover and liquidations.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and direct you to our website if you wish to withdraw your funds:

We are working diligently to clear this up as quickly as possible and look forward to renewing a full relationship with our customers.

And now we need to find a good UK-based MT4 broker to tap our robots in.

  2. Hi rk,
my IB told me that client’s fund are safe, but need approval from NFA prior to its release to clients. Has anyone called/contacted NFA for this specific information?

  7. Did any one lose their money? I hope not Forex trading is the greatest of all and we do not need a black eye for stuff like this.

  8. I’ve got in the mid 5-figure $$ at FXLQ or… where ever. My IB D.C. Bonta has been absolutely lame on getting or sharing any info,, Robb Assoc./NFA/CFTC doesn’t answer emails or return calls.
No info at all on the “expect to disburse customer funds within 60 days” from the Court filings. Put in a Request to Withdraw Funds when NFA walked in FXLQ’s doorsback in early Dec. ’07.
Since then — I have no clue if these people even know I exist.
    Anyone else know anything?
