We have just took over a small multi finance company. With a 27 Billion consumer credit portfolio, this take-over is an attempt to acquire a vehicle for an efficient interest rate arbitrage operation.
The take-over has been approved by the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia.
A renewal of credit agreement has also been completed with several banks who provide the liquidity for the company.

Risenberg has been appointed by TGF WN as partner in their development to be the first futures trading firm in Indonesia who adapt mechanical trading system into their portfolio.
The first step is to conduct basic-to-advanced training sessions for TGF’s trader team. The next step would be to implement several Risenberg’s mechanical trading systems into TGF’s trading practice.
There will be several problems to be resolved within this implementation stage which includes the cost of trade, the execution of automated trading signals into TGF’s trading terminal, etc.
All these process have been started from December 2006.
